Send information to returns@paloozatoys.com and we'll issue a return "ok" ASAP. What's returnable? The wrong color, something broken or missing, something your children are afraid of (instead of having fun with)..basically if you or the person using the item hates it, send it back in 100 calendar days for a full refund, exchange or store credit.
